MCA consolidation calculator —
the real cost, week by week.
A consolidation offer leads with one number: a lower daily payment. This shows the rest — how long that relief actually lasts, and what it costs you in total — so you can decide with the whole picture.
Your advances today
Enter each advance you're paying now: its daily payment and what's left on it. The example is a real four-position file with the lenders' names removed.
The offer's terms
Use the figures on an offer you've received, or leave the typical ones.
Daily payment today
$585.86
$41,545 left in total
New daily payment
$468.69
$117.17 less per business day
Extra cost in total
$19,526
You'd pay $61,071 instead of $41,545
What this means week by week
Your current advances would be paid off in about 19 weeks, and their payments shrink as each one finishes. The new daily runs for about 27 weeks. The consolidation leaves more cash in your account for the first 7 weeks — up to $3,676 by week 7. By week 18 that head start is used up, and from then on you've paid more than you would have.
That's the trade: breathing room now, paid for later. It's worth it when the next few weeks are the problem — a seasonal dip, a missed payment you can't afford — and not when the business simply can't carry the payments.
An estimate for comparing options, not an offer. Real terms depend on underwriting, and some reverse structures are set up differently. Five business days are counted per week.
How the calculator works
It models a reverse consolidation, a common structure for businesses carrying several advances. Each week, the new funding company deposits exactly what your current advances will debit that week, until each one is paid off. You pay back one new daily payment, set as a discount on what you pay today. The amount funded is your balances plus a fee, and the payback is that amount times the rate.
Without consolidating, the cash leaving your account each week is your current debits — and they get smaller as each advance finishes. With it, the cash leaving is only the new daily payment, which stays flat until the payback is done. The table compares the two, week by week. That comparison is the honest answer to "will this help me?", and a daily payment on its own can't give it.
When consolidation is the right call
When the next few weeks are the crisis. If a seasonal dip, a lost customer or one more missed payment would push the business into default — with returned-payment fees, a default under your contracts, and possibly legal action — buying a few weeks of breathing room can be worth far more than its cost. Consolidation is the wrong tool when revenue is falling and isn't expected to recover: it adds cost and lengthens the debt without fixing what caused it.
Questions worth answering.
