1. Program description

Legion Loans sends text messages concerning your funding application, including application status updates, requests for additional information or documents, and responses to inquiries you send us. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts to applicants who have not opted in.

2. Opt-in is optional

Text-message consent is entirely optional and is unchecked by default. You can submit an application and receive all of our services without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status and activity of your application.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing admin@legionloans.com or calling (305) 417-9185.

7. Carriers and supported devices

Text messages are delivered by your wireless carrier and may not be available on all carriers or devices. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

8. Privacy
